While the majority of the conference wasn't directly relevant to INTAMAP there were a few projects that were.

ORCHESTRA were there again (in numbers!) giving a variety of presentations about why their framework is good. I looked into there meta data reference model which gave me a few insights as to how our uncertainty schema should be written.

SANY is another project we should be particularly interested in. I think that INTAMAP should try to become part of the Sensor Web Enablement (see my page on sensor observations services etc) and SANY are trying to integrate all sensor services in their project. Dan says he will contact them at some stage to see if they have done anything in terms of interpolation currently, I suspect not.

WIN were also there but the presentation wasn't too informative as unfortunately he was rushed for time as the session had overrun. Dan has a more in depth look at WIN on his review....

These are the only projects that spring to mind at the moment. Lucy might add some more later.
