Background
We decided on the last project meeting in Birmingham to have a one week code marathon in Münster to speed up integration of the work done by different partners. The targets for this week will be several, including:
- improve the understanding for each partner on how to integrate the work in the INTAMAP R package
- update the INTAMAP R package with the current versions of new methods implemented by partners
- make sure that these methods also can work together
- write tests and man pages for all methods
- further develop the client
- further discuss and develop the WPS-R interface
Each participant is asked to answer the following questions:
- what do you want to have finished before the workshop
- what do you hope to learn during the workshop
- what do you expect to get done during the workshop
- why will you need which interaction with whom during the workshop
The list below includes people who might not participate. New participants can put themselves on the list and copy the layout from the page of one of the other participants.
