Aston INTAMAP Y2 meeting 3-6 September 2008.
The main meeting will take place in G6/G8 (meeting room) and G11 (lecture theatre), which are on the ground floor of the Main Building at Aston. I have created a Google Map to show where this is. The accommodation is in the Business School annex (again see map). The chart below shows what rooms I have booked for people.
Google Maps details of where things are. The official Aston instructions are here - Aston directions. If you are flying in to Birmingham Airport, then you can either get a train - choose a direct one - they run every 30 minutes - to Birmingham New Street station (about 10 minutes travel), or you can get a taxi - this should cost around 15-20 pounds and take about 20-25 minutes. If you go to New Street station you can easily walk - route is shown on Google maps above - it takes 10-15 minutes.

Organisation
The below table should be completed to indicate who is coming and what accommodation is required. Wed means you need accommodation for Wednesday night.
The accommodation has all been booked according to table below. If anything has changed please let me know as soon as possible.
There are two types of room: classic (we have 4 booked) £55.32 and superior double (we have 11 booked) £76.60 per night. These were what is available! I suggest the classic go to those people staying the longest to minimise their costs.
